Good to see that you have decided to resuscitate the TF.
Some reminders on procedural matters.

This Task Force was carefully constructed to balance
representation from each constituency and to include
in addition a set of (balanced) representatives from
other parties. Moreover there are specific rules about
how TFs are put together. I suggest you consult them.

Neither this Task Force as a whole, nor you, have the
authority to alter its composition, at least not without 
the approval of the Names Council.

I note that you have not included members of the 
Noncommercial constituency in EITHER the list of 
people who have volunteered, OR from whom you have
not heard. I hope this is just an oversight. I suggest you
ask your colleague Caroline Chicoine for a complete list
of who is on the TF. Michael Froomkin is the designated rep. 
of the NCDNHC. I note also that you have spoken as if Carolyn
Chicoine is a member of the TF. Caroline is no longer
on the Names Council and you are her replacement.
If Caroline is the IPCC representative, you must resign.
If you are the IPCC representative, Caroline cannot be.
Each constituency gets one representative.
