[nc-whois] basketing / preparing tomorrow's phone conference

As a reminder: The next telephone conference of the whois task  
force is scheduled for tomorrow.  Ideally, you should have finished 
part of your basketing assignments then, so any missing baskets can 
be added during the telephone conference.

It may, in fact, be a good idea to share possible candidates for new 
baskets with the task force via e-mail before the conference begins.
