[nc-whois] concern about section III

Karen, Ram,

We are still missing your redrafted section, which we understood was completed last Saturday and we heard from Ram mid week that he was forwarding.  We are referencing 
Section three (III) covering Uniformity and Conformity --which has not 
been updated.  It covers questions 11-15, of course 12,13,and 14 each have new information to be added...

We have posted to the  list reminding drafters, and left voice mails.  At this point, if we do not receive something from the drafters, I will draft an explanation that they did not submit their section, and we will have a section which is not in any way updated.  That is extremely regrettable.  Thomas may decide, and Tony and I leave this to him, to insert the new statistics and just use my explanation that there the explanation was  not submitted.

I will be online later tonight.  I am at the Marriott. Kristy and Thomas are the folks who should receive the update since they are finalizing the edited document.

I am drafting the presentation which will be posted and presented.  The same status will have to be inserted in that so it is important to let all of us know your status.
