[nc-whois] Seach-ability update

Howdy everyone,

The search-ability document is under-going massive re-construction, thanks 
to comments received during our meeting Monday and a lot of extra 
assistance from Thomas Roessler.  I will try to send an update before our 
meeting Wednesday; however, this may not happen since I will be traveling 
today (& on holiday for the rest of the week).
