Dear all, I authorized one small change in the report in Paragraph (e). I sent an email to Steve, Tony and Bruce with a detailed explanation. My objective is to get support for the recommendations and to achieve a positive vote from Council and support from the registrars in adopting the recommendations.  

Our appreciation to Steve for his significant contributions and especially to Thomas, who has done a terrific job of developing the final report. And to all of you for your participation. We've already thanked the Implementation Committee, but let me thank their chair, again, publicly. 

We turn now to the hard work of the Issues Reports.

Which will be the subject of next week's conference call/work. Kristy, Ram, Steve. I can review anyone's draft over the week end if needed.
