Just a note to thank you all for your work on the recent WHOIS Task Force Report, and being open to fresh last minute input from the Implementation Committee and also other public comments.  The WHOIS Task Force has responded well to the tight timeline to issue a fresh task force report.

It has turned out to be very difficult to create consensus policies, and the policy process has needed to be flexible to try to reach the best outcome.  

The WHOIS Task Force in particular has taken on a very controversial area with often diametrically opposite points of view to attempt to reconcile.

The final report on accuracy and bulk access is one very positive outcome of the Task Force, and I look forward to reading the remaining issues reports for discussion in Rio.
