[nc-whois] GNSO Council WHOIS task force and mailing list officially closed.

The WHOIS Task Force and the mailing list, nc-whois@dnso.org, are now
formally closed following the GNSO Council Resolution taken on March 25,
2003.

Bruce Tonkin, seconded by Marilyn Cade, moved that:
- The WHOIS task force complete the administrative work
- The WHOIS task force list remain open until the administrative work   is
complete
- A Period of two weeks be allowed for this
- The WHOIS task force be closed as from May 1, 2003

Decision 6:
Continue WHOIS task force until completion of administrative work. The WHOIS
task force be closed as from May 1, 2003


Task force members are of course welcome to continue to collaborate using
their own mailing lists. If there are still outstanding task force documents
these may be sent to the Secretariat: DNSO.Secretariat@dnso.org.
