Someone answered this question during the names council meeting and
said to contact them privately, but I did not catch the name of the
person who did answer that.

Can the person who did, please respond back to me just for
clarification.

I have been trying unsuccessfully for 2 weeks to try and get
information on how ISPs can join the ISPCP, and have not gotten an
answer.

Can you PLEASE try and assist me with this.  I have approximately 50
other ISPs who are on a discussion group that are interested in
participating.
