i see this meeting as an opportunity to develop suggestions and ideas to
funnel into the process that richard is mentoring. it is important that we
keep this concentrated in the future in a focus point developed thru the
work richard has been coordinating.

it is essential that we offer a phone bridge to give those registrars the
opportunity to participate who cannot make the meeting.
