Dear Mike - this is a very important document for registrars since we all
rely on the registry. I recomment that we take choice (b) and address it
promptly through a task force. We have over 2 months before the SLA runs
out to deal with these issues.
This is particularly important, I believe, given that we will also in this
time frame plan to submit a registry proposal. Hence, we should be seen as
(and actually should be on top of) dealing with the critical issue of
registry operability and level of service.
I volunteer to work on this - and even serve as secretary for the task
force. Please let me know your thoughts.
