Dear Stuart:

Thank you for your points of clarification.  As I said, we were told those 
things but I had no independent verification of them.  Be it known, June, 
July and August of 1997 were filled with unpleasant surprises.  Some of 
them were blamed on AA, some on your firm.   We had our own ideas of what 
POC was doing.  We were also told that POC kept no minutes of their 
teleconferences.

I personally will feel much better about the present engagement having 
heard your side of the story.  Now, if the meeting were just held some 
place other than NYC;-}
