[registrars] Problem Solved

Thank you Ken for the information regarding Erica and your conversation with
Louie. I believe we can collectively stand-down realizing that we will have
our full representation at the Names Counsel level. Additionally, knowing
that I will not have to have an emergency Names Counsel nomination/election
in the next two weeks is a big relief.

This crisis started with a phone call yesterday from Ken Stubbs to me at
6AM, while he was on vacation. At 8AM Paul Kane and I were on the phone
advocating our position to have our full three votes in connection with the
DNSO Board member election. Today Ken Stubbs has followed up with Louie to
make sure that the current situation is acceptable. I just thought people in
the constituency should know what we do between ICANN regional meetings :-)

P.S. I am glad that we can continue to rely on Erica to represent our
interests at the Names Counsel level. I have added Erica's new email address
to the registrar mailing list so she will be able to stay in contact with
the constituency.
