Dear Mike:

That certainly was discussed in some WGs and the corridors at ICANN. There 
is one major problem.

The IPR community really wants us to have the thick, fat, heavy 
registrY.  As such, the present RRP is out.

We'll look forward to a good proposal from the San Diego meeting of IETF.
