RE: [registrars] draft-rader-dnwhois-defn-01.txt

Ross,

"SLD" and "second-level domain" may not be comprehensive enough for your
purposes. You may want to include something about "functional
second-level domains" which are really third level domains. For
instance, nameengine.co.uk is a third level domain, but functionally,
from the point of view of registration, ownership, registry-registrar
relationships, etc., acts like a second-level domain.
