RE: [registrars] Registry certification
Informal discussions with people in the know about .INFO led me to
believe there would be no fee or performance bond. A .BIZ person said
there would be no license fee, and on the performance bond issue I got
words about how they wouldn't want to discourage anyone from registering
- in other words, maybe something.
