Mike,

A point of clarification on your write-up of yesterdays call.

The discussion item with Louis and with several of the registrars that Louis
suggested get together, was not to waive the $6.00 transfer fee.  The
discussion had to do with developing a recommendation on how to handle
registrant records when there is an acquisition or merger which occurs
outside of the limited situations discussed in the letters between Mr. Lynn
and Mr. Sclavos.
