Thank you for your confidence in me!  I look forward to working with Rob and
John, as well as taking direction from all of you, in representing the
constituency on the budget committee.

Today, we had a conference meeting, and I believe that Rob Hall is sending
out the budget committee document to everyone.  We will brief you during
tomorrow's call regarding our discussions today, including in particular the
issue of registrar fees being paid through registries.  We had offered to
try to come up with a way to address ICANN's concerns with regard to
enforcement difficulties, in order to try to retain the current mechanism of
registrar paying directly to ICANN.
