I see that by the agenda you will be raising the issue of who-is. This is
good. As you know Tucows has made some comments against the compulsory sales
of data mandated by the NSI Registrar Licence and Agreement.

Will you be making a written report? Or,putting it another way, can you tell
us what the broad outlines are of what you would propose to say in your
report?
