[registrars] 10 AM Teleconference

The teleconference is for 10AM tomorrow EDT (New York Time). This
teleconference was initially pushed back as a compromise for register.com
that wanted it at 11AM. The 10AM time was also adopted to allow certain West
Coast registrars & ICANN to participate a little easier, while not being
totally unreasonable to any Asia/Pacific registrars.

Sorry for any confusion but building consensus in a open and transparent
manner is never easy.
