Attached please find this year's invoice for the registrar constituency's
dues. I will be sending a simplified accounting list to the listserv later
today in response to complaints about the difficulty in reading the list I
circulated previously. Remember if you are not up to date in your payment of
dues you cannot vote in accordance with the recently amended by-laws.

P.S. ICANN has been having difficulty in resolving some payment received
from various registrars. Please when sending in payment, either via wire,
mail, or courier, please send an email to Diane and Me (per instructions on
the invoice) so that we can have records for when things get lost. Based
upon the experiences of the last two year, things will get lost.
