Re: [registrars] Closing Nomination Period

If we assume that Robert's (the other Rob ;) Rules has any bearing on this
issue, prior to closing the nominations, the chairperson is required to
inquire of the membership if there are any further nominations prior to
closing the nominations.

As you've said in the past Rob, we have a lot of big issues to worry about,
let's not let the small ones fracture our efforts.
