[registrars] Fw: ICANN Registrar Accreditation Fee Approval Letter

Dear Registrars: I am sure that you have all seen the attached letter from
ICANN regarding registrars' commitment to ICANN to pay the accreditation
fees for FY 2001-2002.

As you may recall, as your representatives to the ICANN Budget Committee,
Rob, John and I had insisted that registrars continue to pay their dues
directly to ICANN, as opposed to paying them to and through the registries.
In order to accomodate the registrar constituency, ICANN, in turn, requested
that registrars provide a commitment regarding fee payments.

While each of your companies will have to individually review the commitment
in the letter, I want to encourage you to review it and sign the letter if
you have no objections, as quickly as possible.

Regards,

Elana Broitman
