The list is not supplied by NSI but by third party
websites that analyse and cross reference different
data that is freely available. Some of it from
NSI (root zone file) and some from other registrars including
NSI Registrar(whois data).
You can simply monitor the
root zone file changes and knowing the 5 day
rule and/or various hold periods easily
predict names that are going to be
deleted and on what particular morning.
(Many times there is more to take into account
that this but that is the general idea.)
