Ken,
I bet it has already cost us that to have our lawyers look into it ... as
we are not a US based company, we had questions about the entire process
(including the serving process) as well as the jurisdictional questions,
and that required our law firm here to seek advice from a US based firm and
that has already started the clock ticking on our costs.
I hope you are leading up to a suggestion to form a group to deal with
this. I expect that the Registrars strategy for a defense would be
different from that of ICANN and Neulevel.
