[registrars] Connections
I agree that the current ratio of registrars to connections for normal
business maybe sufficient for now but this is showing what limits the
registry system has. This could be used to establish a baseline for a system
upgrade to handle future business which is where our fees should be applied.
Was there any projections in how many operational registrars there would be
with consideration for the added load on the registry business. Doesn't a
business grow and develop to meet the needs and demands of it's users.
