[registrars] Fw: ccTLD meeting on 7th Sep (ccSO Formation)

In the message below the ccTLD constituency is inviting Registyrar comment
on their proposal to for a ccTLD SO.  As I understand it, the main purpose
of this move is to enable the ccTLD community to elect 3 members to the
ICANN Board.

I would appreicate feedback from the RC on this issue.  Is the proposal
generally supported or not???

Also - the issue of establishing an individuals constituency will nbe
considered and I would appreciate an indication of whether there is 'in
principle' support for this from the constituency membership.
