Bruce,

Your disagreement with a proposed new standard is not relevant
if you do not even comply with the existing standard: autoACK. 

We continue to receive scores of unjustifiable NACKs from Verisign
registrar every day. The unjustified NACKs mean unjustified extra 
income for Verisign and unjustifiable damage inflicted by Verisign
upon competitors and its own former customers.
