[registrars] Sat 10 Nov RC function

Dear All

Thanks to those that have responded to the invitation to attend the casual
RC function on Sat 10 Nov at Gotham Hall in Santa Monica.  There'll be
transport from the Marriott from 7:30pm.

I need to give some indicative numbers to the people at Gotham Hall - Bryan
Evans relayed today that "it's quite a venue".

If you haven't responded already, do let me know who is coming from your
company and whether you'll be bringing spouses or partners.

Look forward to seeing you all - note that everyone will be responsible for
their own costs.
