RE: [registrars] Constituency Membership

Yes, please do (and this goes for everyone who notices a discrepency).
Actually, I prefer a list of changes, rather than a modified document,
as I'm continually receiving updates from constituency member firms,
and my posted list from yesterday is already out of date.

I've tried to incorporate the most recent documents I've had available
to me: the original (outdated) list on the RC website of member firms,
the final voting list from the ExCom election, the list of paid RC
member firms, and a stack of business cards I picked up earlier this
month in MdR.  :-)

If anyone knows of any discrepencies, let me know ASAP.  The NC Rep
voting opens shortly!
