In my last email I mentioned that the 15 Dec was the close of the first
round of commentary on the bylaws review.

I'm trying to stick to that timeframe - could you shoot me any suggestions
you have and I will incorporate them into a larger document?  That document
will then go to a smaller drafting group to work into a discussion paper for
the whole group.

Look forward to hearing from you - if you want, don't send things to the
list and if you want to keep things anonymous that's fine too.
