We are pleased to announce that NameEngine, Inc. has become a part of the
Digital Brand Management Services Business Unit of VeriSign, Inc., (NASDAQ:
VRSN) the leading provider of digital trust services. As part of this
division, NameEngine will continue to focus strictly on working with
corporations and intellectual property professionals.

Through VeriSign, NameEngine customers will now have access to many new
services, including:
- digital brand audits
- brand protection and monitoring
- voice registry services
- Web identity, authentication and payment services

These services will be supported by an infrastructure that is relied upon to
conduct over 5 billion domain name system (DNS) look-ups, 100 million
database queries, and millions of secure commerce and communications
transactions every day. Added support features will include a dedicated
Digital Brand Management Services customer service team plus an experienced
team of ccTLD fulfillment staff. We will also continue to provide the latest
information on new gTLDs, global ccTLDs and online intellectual property
protection.

During the transition, NameEngine clients will be able to continue to access
their Central Station online accounts and work with their existing Account
Managers and Registration Specialists. If you have pending .name orders, or
questions on previous orders for .biz and .info, you may continue to submit
those directly to your current NameEngine contacts as well.
