RE: [registrars] Bulk Transfers

Tara,

We are also sending one confirmation email per domain name for bulk
transfers.

If you do contact Dan Halloran as Ross suggests, please consider sharing his
response with this list.

Tara,

The form of authorization is at the discretion of the Gaining Registrar.
From the sounds of it, the process that you propose would be acceptable
under the contract. For a precise determination, you may wish to send a
quick note to Dan Halloran of ICANN for an official interpretation.
