They are not passing off to a 3rd party that is not a registrar they are
passing off "to a registrar". Watch after a drop where the names a
registered at. Check again in about 6 days. The names are at a new registrar
in the customers account.

You don't think that a registrar is going to pass this off to a non
registrar - give me a break.
