[registrars] Accra Gahna Meeting

For those registrars planning on attending Ghana ICANN meeting in mid-March,
please be advised that you are running short on the timeline to get your
yellow fever shots. In addition you will require a letter of invitation from
ICANN (send requests to meeting@icann.org), proof of air transit and hotel
accomidations prior to receiving your visa.

Please check out the ICANN website for information, see
http://www.icann.org/accra/.  I have been told by ICANN staff that the visa
will take at a minimum at least a week to process. Therefore, I would
encourage any one intending on going to start the process now.
