[registrars] RE: Comment deadline

Jim,

The deadline for final feedback is not until March 1, 2002.  The deadline
for questions is February 8th with VGRS providing answers by February 15th;
our goal was to get registrars answers to their questions before your
meeting.  If there are questions that come up after that, we aren't going to
ignore them.  But it would be helpful if sincere efforts can be made to
provide questions by February 8 if possible.  It may be hard for us to turn
around answers by your meeting if we do not get them by February 8.
