Subject: [registrars] Dulles Meeting Update
Importance: High

In preparation of the Registrar meeting in Dulles, Virginia on February 16th
and 17th, I would like to provide the following update.

The room has been set up with a U configuration to allow one voting
representative from each registrar in good standing to be seated. If a
constituency sends multiple representatives they will have to be seated in
the theater seating behind the main U configuration. This set-up has been
used successfully in several meeting including the most recent in Marina del
Rey.

A constituency member will be considered in good standing and thus eligible
for full voting rights if, they were a fully paid member and afforded voting
rights in the last election OR they have paid their 2002 invoice. A draft of
the 2002 invoice was circulated to the Executive Committee this past Monday
during our weekly call and should be circulated to list by Bryan Evans our
Treasurer shortly. Payment of dues can be made on site. The dues for 2002
have remained fixed at 2001 levels - $750.

Listed below is a list of registrars and their representatives that have
indicated they will be attending the meeting. In an effort to enhance the
functionality of the meeting, name cards will be provided listed the
registrar and their designated voting representative. Could those registrars
sending representatives please verify that they have properly listed all
attending representatives, some registrars have only provided estimated head
counts and not actual names. Additionally, in the case of multiple
representatives please identify the representative that will be seated at
the table and authorized to vote on behalf of your company.

Best regards,

Michael D. Palage
