[registrars] Ghana Schedule

The principle agenda item in Ghana will be the registrars role in any
restructuring of ICANN. Stuart Lynn and Joe Simms will be attending the
registrar meeting to discuss the restructuring proposal. Until I have a firm
time from them everything else will have to work around that.

Membership dues/update
Restructuring
Transfers
WLS
Delete/Safety net
By-Law update

Although I continue to help in finalizing the agenda, providing for meeting
space, and arranging for speakers I will not be attending. This marks the
first meeting since this inception of the constituency that I will not be
present.  Tim Denton will be the only Executive Committee member attending
along with Ken Stubbs and Bruce Tonkin from the Names Council. Therefore Tim
will chair the meeting in my absence.
