[registrars] Whois Server Being Scripted

Does anyone want to share any tips on implemeting some security to prevent
people from scripting the Whois server? Our Whois is constantly under attack
by what we believe are automatic scripts created to gather our customers
information.

We are currently working on a Win2k Platform and SQL7.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
