[registrars] FW: Registry/Registrar meeting to discuss ICANN restructure in Gh ana

This note is for those attending Accra. We will have a common meeting with
the registries at first, now starting at 830am at the Lapalm . We will then
move down the road to the Labadi Beach Hotel (5 minutes walk) to discuss our
own issues when the common meeting with the registries is over.

I am sure we will linger with the registries to discuss Mr. Lynn's proposals
and our response to them before moving to the Labadi.

OK.  I have just received word from Stuart that he can attend our meeting at
8:30 am on Monday morning (rather than 9:00 am) because he has a 9:30am
appointment that he cannot get out of.  Just thought I would let you all

That is correct.  I am trying to confirm if there will be a charge for the
Sunday night meeting.

The plan is to have informal conversations on Sunday night with anyone that
is interested in order to prepare for Stuart Lynn's presentation the next
day at the joint meeting.  I would like to have some questions prepared for
Stuart ahead of time so that we can maximize our time with Stuart during the
Monday meeting.  That is my goal.  Sorry for the confusion.

Elana,

As I understand it, there are two different meetings.  One is for the joint
committee which I believe is Sunday afternoon/evening.  The other is part of
our gTLD RC public constituency meeting on Monday morning.
