a few comments....

on consensus, i like how the IETF does it where the chair(s) decide
consensus. we however, use voting so lets drop the word from our
vocabulary ICANN may use consensus but the registrars vote.

on the straw poll, I'm still missing the minutes from that meeting could
some one please post them to the list and put them on the web site (tim!)

on the anti-trust, we need to build trust amongst our members -- I know
the lawyers consider this a big issue but I'd prefer we learn to work
together on the numerous issues we have such as transfers, whois, and just
how to run a dns zone...
