I would re-read the announcement again. It is currently only functional for
.com, .net and .org. .info and .biz are soon to come.

ok, so I tried to submit one for a .info domain and got the following:

  Sorry, but the Whois Data Problem Report tool cannot currently be used
  to submit reports for domain names in the TLD you entered. Please contact
  the relevant registrar or registry directly for assistance.
