[registrars] Proposed draft agenda for Shanghai

Registrars:

Your constituency executive committee held its weekly teleconference on
Monday and would propose the following agenda for the constituency's meeting
in Shanghai.

One of the purposes of the teleconference of registrars tomorrow is to allow
people to talk through some of the issues on the draft agenda.

Proposed agenda:

1. President's and treasurer's reports (finances, memberships,
administration)
2. ICANN restructuring, and general issues before the ICANN Board
3. an update on the Transfers Task Force, and any votes needed to resolve
the matter
4. an update on the whois Task Force report, and issues pertinent thereto
5. Registrar constituency processes, following on the Thomas Keller
proposals
6. Participation in the deltes Task Force, confirming a representative from
the constituency
7. Other presentations on matters of interest(?)
