Additionnal questions :

- will current registrants (if not historical registrants) have to enter
  into a new agreement with their registrar (which would according to
  several laws require time as the current service provider would have
  to cancel the existing contract) ?

- will the agreements prevent some current .ORG holders to renew
  their domain name ?

- is there a bulk ".org" transfer provision for those registrars who
  do not want to contract with PIR and want to transfer their .ORG
  to the company of their choice ?
