Below is the status of your membership with the constituency, please
review your companies status and notify the Registrars Executive Committee
at <rc-excom@ar.com> of any discrepancy.

If your company has not paid its dues you will not be able to vote on any
upcoming ballots.

If your company has not signed up for access to our on-line voting area on
boardrooms.org please see the following for directions on how to sign up

Understand that one the ballot is created and the voting period starts we
will be unable to add your organization to the eligible list of voters.
