Re: [registrars] Motion on Transfers Report


The TF recommendations don't deal with this directly - I believe that this
would be a registry implementation issue (ie, resolving the race condition
that occurs from trying to put the domain name into two different states
simultaneously). The intention of the TF would be not to prevent such a
behaviour, but I believe that this is more of a technical issue than a
policy one.
