Agenda for tomorrow's registrar teleconference scheduled for 11AM EST.

1) Select of Registrar representatives to ICANN's Budgetary Task Force.
Current nominees include Rick Wesson, Rob Hall, Ken Stubbs, Elana Broitman
and Paul Stahura.

2) Discussion of ICANN's new budget in connection with ICANN reform. Current
budget estimate project an increase from .12 to about .18 a domain name
year. Discussion regarding potential change in registrar billing cycle to
ease cash flow issues for ICANN in connection with implement of ICANN 2.0
infrastructure prior to next fiscal year.

3) Discussion of Registrar Constituency budget and dues assessment.

4) Proposed February meeting in South Florida (Orlando/Miami).
