Werner,

I seem to have created a little more confusion.  Let's see if I can clear
this up.  For the record, CORE is current on its dues payments.

This is for dues payments for 2002.  There are some registrars who have
tried to pay their 2002 dues over the past 3 months and have had their
checks returned to them.  No one has had a problem wiring money into the
account, just mailing it.

2003 dues invoices will be sent out in January.
