[registrars] Notice From PIR - .org issues

Hello All:

Bruce Beckwith ask that I post this to the registrar list. I have forwarded
PIR and Afilias staff some of the concerns that have been voiced by
registrars on the list over the past couple of days. In response to these
inquiries, PIR is holding a Registrar call tomorrow at noon EST to address
some of these concerns.

Since the cutover of .ORG data to PIR last weekend, we have received several
calls from registrars regarding differences between PIR's RRP implementation
and the familiar VeriSign approach. To accelerate the receipt of answers to
