[registrars] members update on boardrooms.org

Registrars:

I've added the following companies to the boardrooms.org website:

  o CORE
  o EPAG
  o dotEarth

If you have not received your password go to
https://www.boardrooms.org/kmembership_info/request_password/

use the email address that was sent in on the fax request sent to the
excom.

All eligible registrars are allowed to vote in the current ballots.

The ballot for the ICANN nomination Committee will be extended for one
day to allow those having issues with voting. The complete reasoning for
this is explained in the excom minutes from our call today.

Ross's motion hasn't been posted yet, it will be up on the site by
this evening. Again check the excom minutes for the discussion on this
ballot. The minutes will posted by mike in a separate note.
