Dear Michael:  I think I saw that there were 21 ballots cast.  But it seems 
that Rick felt it proper to disenfranchise 9 members who did, indeed, 
submit checks.

I am not taking any sides.  However, I have a significant involvement with 
PSI-USA and could not understand why Rick did not let them vote.
